Warranty / Certifications
A one-year limited warranty on all fountains and its components, including the pump. All other electrical components, including lights are covered for a 90-day period following the date of delivery. Warranty does not cover damage caused by environmental factors, neglect or normal wear and tear.
Shipping Policy
All Fountalite™ products are considered Special Order. Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we do not offer stock level or lead time information on our website.
Most of our products are specially crafted for you & shipped within 12-16 weeks unless the item is currently in stock at the factory. Expedited Shipping by Air takes 6-8 weeks & can be arranged for an extra charge. To get an accurate lead time estimate for any particular item, please feel free to contact customer service at sales@horusnorth.com
Standard Shipping from Egypt to our distribution center in Mississauga is included in the price of the product and will not incur any additional fees. For items weighing over 150 lbs (or greater than 20 cu.ft.) delivery is done via residential truck delivery service at a flat rate of $200 in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Items weighing under 150 lbs (or less than 20 cu.ft.) qualify for free delivery within the GTA. The trucking company will deliver your order, securely packed on a wooden pallet, curbside or to your driveway. Delivery outside the GTA is available and will be quoted separately upon request at sales@horusnorth.com.
Please inspect the items received and note any damages on the delivery documents provided by the delivery driver. If you have discovered damage to your item(s) upon opening the shipment, please let us know immediately by contacting customer service at sales@horusnorth.com, as the carrier might not take responsibility for the damages after 24-48 hours from the drop off time.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock at the factory, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order.
Availability lead time can vary drastically from item to item. There are situations when the item might not be available for a few months. Please do not hesitate to contact customer service at sales@horusnorth.com for an up-to-date lead-time estimation or current stock levels for any particular item.
White-Glove Delivery and Installation
We offer White-Glove Delivery and Installation for several of our products in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and on occasion to some more remote locations in Southern Ontario.
These services cannot be calculated automatically at the checkout. If you are looking to get your items installed or placed, please contact customer service at sales@horusnorth.com for a quote.
Return Policy
If your Item arrives damaged/defective or you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our sales team at sales@horusnorth.com as soon as possible.
If you wish to return your order in full or in part after it has been delivered, please contact customer service at sales@horusnorth.com within 14 calendar days from the order delivery date.
If you wish to return your order after you have received it, you are liable for both original delivery and return shipping-related costs, as well as a credit card processing fee (3% on the refund amount).
For custom orders that we cut the item to the size or customize your order, we, unfortunately, cannot offer a return/cancellation/refund for such custom items. These customized items include, but are not limited to special design, underlayment, pipe, tubing, wire, aggregates, items with custom finish or color.
